Important Notice: These terms govern the purchase, handling, and installation of all roofing sheet products. Please read carefully before beginning your project.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or installing our roofing products, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all buyers, including contractors, homeowners, and third-party distributors.
2. Product Specifications & Usage
While we strive for color and profile accuracy, slight variations may occur during the manufacturing process due to batch differences.
Intended Use: Roofing sheets must be used strictly for their intended structural purposes.
Storage: Sheets must be stored in a dry, ventilated area prior to installation to prevent "white rust" or water staining.
3. Installation Requirements
Proper installation is critical to the longevity and performance of the metal sheeting.
Qualified Professionals: We strongly recommend that all products be installed by a licensed roofing contractor.
Compliance: Failure to install sheets according to the provided Technical Installation Guide voids all expressed warranties.
Fasteners: Only approved, corrosion-resistant fasteners should be used.
4. Warranty & Liability
Limited Warranty: Covers material defects such as cracking, peeling, or excessive fading under normal conditions.
Exclusions: Does not cover "Acts of God" (hail, hurricanes), foot traffic damage, or salt spray corrosion.
Liability: The company is not liable for leaks caused by improper installation or structural movements.
5. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery. Customers must inspect the shipment immediately for transit damage and note any discrepancies on the Bill of Lading.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of cut-to-length roofing sheets, returns are not accepted unless the product is proven defective upon arrival. Standard stock items may incur a 20% restocking fee.
